Was in a hurry to engage a maid for my mum and contacted some maid agencies. Decided to go forth with Libra as unlike many agencies (including bigger agencies, Edmund and Libra is sincere. Other agency’s responses seem scripted and do not really address my concerns. In fact, rather frustrating when i have to keep repeating my requirements in their automated watsapp group. Libra’s Edmund was different. Prompt response and truly understand my needs. No BS. That’s what i want, especially when we’re looking for solutions and time is a factor. He was very helpful and responsive in the entire cycle from selecting and getting my new helper to settling her down at my place. That truly is professional.
